What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and UK customers can expect delivery within 2-3 working days for standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Muru Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear over time.
